“Turn the music down, you might scare the trick-or-treaters.”
—My Grandma, who is crazy.
October 2011
October 31st. On this day many years ago, a family crashed into a crocodile. The little boy's parents were eaten, and afterwards the crocodile took out a knife and give the kid a lightning scar.
At least, that’s what his liar aunt and uncle told him.
“On this spot, on the night of 31 October 1981,
Lily and James Potter lost their lives.
Their son, Harry, remains the only wizard
ever to have survived the Killing Curse.
This house, invisible to Muggles, has been left
in its ruined state as a monument to the Potters
and as a reminder of the violence
that tore apart their family.” —Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (via mischieftobemanaged)

“If we listened to our intellect, we’d never have a love affair. We’d never have a friendship. We’d never go into business, because we’d be cynical. Well, that’s nonsense. You’ve got to jump off cliffs all the time and build your wings on the way down.”
